fluctuation and Europe Rooms is not liable for the accuracy of rates
at any particular time.
All rates, unless clearly stated otherwise on the website (for example
in case of a package), are per room per night.
If, after making a reservation, there are any changes in your details
relating to your purchase you are responsible for informing the Hotel
and Europe Rooms within a reasonable amount of time, via email, telephone
or via fax.

as a result of a purchase from this site or use of this site. Europe Rooms does not provide any warranty, express or implied, on 'availability',
quality or performance of products and services provided on this site.
In regards to liability for death or personal injury, Europe Rooms
shall be liable for direct loss arising out of the use of this site,
whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, up
to the maximum of the total value of the transaction to which the
claim arises. This liability statement applies only to the extent
permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
